Two drivers share one car. I coach both. The goal is one setup priority list, one stint plan and one driver-change routine that both drivers trust.
Why coach the whole lineup?
A shared car only goes as fast as its two drivers can work together. Each driver needs a cockpit that suits them. They need to agree what the car should do and give each other feedback the next driver can use. Coaching them one at a time leaves those gaps open.
What do I do before the weekend?
I coach each driver on their own goals in the simulator. Then I bring the two together to plan the stints, the order and the driver changes. We rehearse the changes before the race.
What do I do at the track?
I work with both drivers and the engineers. We use telemetry, onboard video and session notes from each driver’s runs. We agree what the car needs from both of them. Each driver gets their own notes.
What happens after?
We debrief as a lineup. We look at the stints, the changes and the feedback each driver passed on. Then we agree what to carry into the next event.
Can I drive with you?
Where the class rules allow it, I can share the car. GT4 America Am and the Pilot Challenge GS Bronze Cup are for Bronze drivers, and I am Bronze. See co-driving.
What is the next step?
Use the form below. Tell me your series, your car and the two drivers’ experience. I reply with a quote. Each season is a separate agreement. No seat, result, license or rating is promised.
