A hosted race weekend gives a small group of your clients or employees time with a racing driver. I host the weekend myself. Your guests get a welcome, a racing briefing and a paddock walk, with time to ask questions. A debrief and a recap close it out.
Who is a hosted weekend for?
Sales, partnership and people leaders. Use it to spend real time with key clients, or to reward your own team. The group stays small so every guest gets time with the driver.
What does a guest’s weekend look like?
A welcome and a briefing on how the race works. A paddock walk. Time with someone who can explain what is happening. Then a debrief, or a simulator session, by agreement.
What limits apply?
Paddock access depends on the credentials the team and the promoter approve. Guest numbers are agreed for each event. No endorsement by a series, an event or a manufacturer is implied.
Which weekends can I host?
Laguna Seca is the easy one for Bay Area companies, because I live nearby. The Laguna Seca dates are below, and the 2027 calendar lists every race weekend. Monterey Car Week falls in August 2027. Its dates are provisional.
